Sweet Aroma Shop Company Philosophy

The mission of Sweet Aroma Shop arose out of a desire to be a good citizen and good example to my kids-T.J., 7 and Brianna, 3.   I wanted to teach them the importance of environmental responsibility, so what started as at-home recycling became total environmental consciousness.   That is why all my candles are made completely out of soy wax, which burns clean, without releasing carcinogens and toxins into the air, like candles that are made from mostly paraffin and petroleum waxes.   Additionally, all of the containers are 100% recyclable and reusable, and even the paper used in labeling and shipping is recycled paper.   While every product is organic, completely natural, and healthy for you and your environment, they also provide you with your favorite fragrance, relaxation, and that luxurious "spa" aura for any room in your home.   Our efforts to "go green" come with a guarantee to uplift your spirits and soothe your senses.

As part of my example to be a good citizen, 10% of all Sweet Aroma Shop profits are donated to a different monthly cause.   All of the October 2008 proceeds went to benefit a dear friend who is a breast cancer survivor to raise funds for finding a cure, and the November 2008 proceeds helped a church build a better playground.   Each month, the proceeds from sales go to a different need-based cause.   In other words, when you purchase any product from Sweet Aroma Shop®, you also donate to causes that benefit local communities.

Why Soy? Soy touches our lives in many positive ways.   It's responsible for $16 billion of our country's cash crops, and it is Tennessee's #1 cash crop.   Soy is a natural, renewable resource that gives health to our community, our environment, and our economy.   Soy burns clean and is completely water soluble, meaning you can wash soy out of anything with just soap and water.   We use the best ingredients on the market, and we are constantly testing them to insure the best quality for your satisfaction.
